The Wild Church Network is a community of worshipping groups across North America who are seeking to move from isolation to connection; from detachment to immersion; from dualism to integration.  Representing a wide variety of Christian denominations - and no denomination - Wild Church congregations meet outside, in parks and forests, in gardens and on farms, in order to re-acquaint, re-cover, and re-member our congregations as loving participants of a larger community.

Wild Church is not simply a pretty location for a “regular, indoor” worship service.  The move outside is a move toward the sacred indwelling of All that Is.  It is a decision to develop spiritual practices that expand the“beloved community” beyond people of different colors and cultures to beyond people altogether.  As Wendell Berry says, “There are no unsacred places. There are only sacred places and desecrated places.”
